Let Only Service.

Includes Agreeing rental, Advice on obligations, marketing on portals, accompanied viewings, negotiation of offers, tenancy documents, set up rent payment, collect first payment, set up deposit protection with scheme of your choice.

 60% of first month rent.

Rent Collection Service.

includes rent collection, arrears chasing, monthly statements, negotiate renewals.

8% of monthly rental.

Full Management Service.

Includes property maintenance, 2 property visits, service of notices, deposit negotiation, gas safety renewal (separate charge).

10% of monthly rental

Rent Guarantee Service.

Includes property maintenance, 3 property visits, service of notices, deposit negotiation, gas safety renewal (separate charge), Rent and Legal Guarantee Policy and all items on Full Management Service.

12.5 % of monthly rental.

Tenancy Set Up Fee

Applies to services excluding let only. Tenancy Set Up Fee includes tenant referencing, production of tenancy agreement complete paperwork, registration of tenant deposit, arrange pre-let works and inventory.

Let Only Extension.

Let Only Extension includes rent review, agree tenancy extension and draw up documents for signature.


Withdrawal from entering into a tenancy once instructed to proceed.


Negotiation of deposit release (Let only service).


Additional Property Visit.


Waiting Time at Property for landlord appointed contractor.
